Another week of running is in the books. It wasn’t the best week but it wasn’t the worst either.IMG_4783

I started off on Saturday with a 4 mile run. I saved the longer run for Sunday this week b/c I had a busy day on Saturday with a couple commitments but I did get in a good run in the morning.

On Sunday I ran after church. And it was hot. It was in the high 70s and I wanted to run six miles or more but I ended up running 5.8. My splits rose quickly over the course of the run and ended with an average pace of 8:38. I got it done but it took a lot out of me.

On Tuesday, I put in 3 miles at an 8:22 pace. I was still recovering from the Sunday run. I got in 4.5 on Wednesday at a decent 8:20 pace and 3 on Thursday, mostly in the rain, at a pace of 7:56. So, it was a good way to end the week.
