I had decent weather this week for running, although it was pretty windy several days. When you run in Indiana, someflag-windy days it feels like you’re always running against the wind, no matter which direction you are running.

I ran five times this week with mileage of 6.5, 3.7, 3, 3, 2.2. I totaled 18.4 miles for this week bringing my total for March to 71.8 miles.

Thursday, especially, was windy, as we had storms move through the area. Otherwise, I would have ran four or so. But the shorter mileage day gave me a chance to work on speed.

My 6.5 mile day on Saturday was okay but my pace ended up being around 8:50. I’d like to see that down to 8:30 or better.
